Older homes get forgotten.

I see it on service calls all the time. An older home in our area where the electrical system has not been looked at by an electrician in years. A breaker that has been failing for a long time and finally burns up the panel.

When I am standing in that customer's house, I ask myself the same thing: if they had an inspection, would it have caught this? A lot of the time, the answer is yes.
